Are you seeking connection with other highly sensitive people who feel as much as you?
Do you want to contribute to a better future but feel overwhelmed by global issues or personal struggles?
Life as a highly sensitive person means experiencing the world with heightened awareness—the awe of nature, the emotions of those around you, or the details that go unnoticed by others.
This ability to feel deeply is a powerful strength that connects you to your humanity and the broader world. Your sensitivity may make you particularly attuned to significant social and environmental issues, as well as the intricate dynamics in your relationships.
Yet, it can also be isolating when you experience such emotional depth and sensory awareness that others may not fully understand. You may feel so much that it becomes difficult to channel your empathy and insights into meaningful action.
Sensitive people like us need a space to express and normalize our emotions, whether they be personal challenges like self-doubt and sensory overload, or broader concerns like climate change. We need a space where we can identify and empower our strengths.
Community is our lifeblood, providing belonging, support, and the resilience to grow together. Join us as we navigate the complexities of the world and our place within it.

How It Works
The HSP Resilience Circle meets via Zoom one Saturday per month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Central Time (Chicago). Circles are held in 3-month blocks from September to June (off in December), with registration opening quarterly.
Each quarter, discussions are anchored within a guiding theme to explore together. We begin with a grounding and group check-in. Depending on the group size, Melissa will either facilitate or organize small groups for deeper conversations.
NEW! You’ll also have access to a private WhatsApp group to connect and share between circles.
*This is a discussion group, not a workshop or therapy.

Quarterly Theme:
Balancing Self-Care & Social Action
Many sensitive people, guided by a strong sense of kindness and justice, feel the weight of today’s political realities. While we want to make a difference, the scale of these challenges can feel overwhelming.
Building on last quarter’s theme, we’ll focus on balancing self-care with social action. Together, we’ll explore ways to prevent burnout, care for our mental health, and release cultural expectations that drain our energy.
By honoring our individual capacities, we can engage in actions that align with our strengths while creating a more inclusive culture. Join us to find your balance and connect with others who share your values.
What’s Included
You’ll have access to 3 connection-focused circles and our private WhatsApp group.

Cancellation Policy
We think you’ll love the HSP Resilience Circle, if you give it a try, but we know circumstances change.
You may cancel your membership for a full refund provided that you cancel within the registration period. You will need to send your request no later than the last day of registration.
No refunds will be issued after the registration period.
No partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
In order to sustain this circle, we rely on a minimum number of registrants. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Are sessions recorded?
No. This is an interactive sharing space, not a class or workshop. We do not record sessions in order to ensure an environment of safety and maintain confidentiality.
Can I drop in for one session?
Participants are asked to register quarterly in order to build deeper connections with other participants and ensure that we have enough people to run the group. We’ve set tiered pricing to offer you some flexibility according to your availability budget.
How does tiered pricing work?
Tiered pricing helps make these circles more financially accessible while ensuring they remain sustainable. This structure allows you to choose the price that best fits your financial situation, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and equity. No matter the tier you select, everyone receives the same experience, and your choice remains private.
- Standard Tier: This is the true fair exchange cost of the program. Choose this option if it works within your budget.
- Supporter Tier: For those who have the means and wish to contribute a bit more to support others in accessing this experience.
- Reduced Tier: For those on a tighter budget. If the standard rate feels like a stretch, this tier offers a lower-cost way to participate.
If the cost is still out of reach, reach out to discuss a rate that meets your budget.
